Responsibilities of Food Safety Officer
- Implement and oversee quality control processes for food products.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions on food safety protocols for staff.
- Liaises with Management personnel and all employees and assist with safety concerns.
Requirements of Food Safety Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 – 2 Years in quality control and food safety.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring product quality.
- Candidate must be physical fit and have attractive personality.
