Responsibilities of Food Safety Assistant

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of food safety management systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of food handling and processing areas.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance food safety practices.
• Support in the development and delivery of food safety training programs.
• Investigate and address any food safety incidents or concerns.
• Conduct training sessions on food safety protocols for staff.
• Liaises with Management personnel and all employees and assist with safety concerns.

Requirements of Food Safety Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• Proven experience of 1 – 2 Years in a food safety or quality assurance role.
