Khaleej Times is looking for an outstanding Food Packer to join them on immediate basis. The successful candidate will play a key role to portion meals for our customers using our technology, ensuring all meals are ready and packaged to be dispatched on time for the deliveries, while adhering to high standards of hygiene, quality & consistency. Responsibilities of Food Packer

Portioning the components for every meal for every specific customer on time before deliveries go out
Communicating with the drivers & Customer Experience team to ensure a top notch customer experience
Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen
Ensuring any last minute changes are carried out with our high standards
Prepping pre-made meals, meat, vegetables and beverages for delivery or sales
Assembling packaging items, such as containers or boxes
Placing food and beverage item into containers
Sealing containers safely for shipping or distribution
Weighing containers and recording the data
Marking containers with content information
Gathering containers and organizing for efficient delivery
Collaborating with other professionals, including team members and delivery drivers
Cleaning and sterilizing the area and containers for food safety
Recording inventory numbers and tracking changes
Inspecting food items and discarding damaged or expired items
Assessing the final container and completing a checklist to ensure accuracy
Communicating with customers and accepting orders in some work environments
