Job Description

Food & Beverage Supervisor at Dibba Al Fujairah Accor will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests. This is full time role and it was announced by the hotel on February 22, 2024.

Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Supervisor

  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.

Requirements of Food & Beverage Supervisor

  • High School diploma or equivalent or certification/diploma in hospitality.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
