InterContinental Dubai Marina is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Food & Beverage Attendant. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing attentive service to guests, assists with food and drink orders, and ensures a high-quality dining experience in the hotel’s food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Attendant

• Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality is demonstrated at all times.
• Prepare in advance the food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
• Be up to date with all food and beverages knowledge necessary within the department .
• Communicate with your leaders any challenges, guest comments and other relevant information in order to resolve any difficulties in the best way possible.
• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships, attend and participate in daily. briefings, trainings and other meetings as scheduled.
• Clean and re-set his/her working area.
• Perform any other job duty as assigned by higher authorities.

Requirements of Food & Beverage Attendant

• Diploma/certification in hospitality or culinary.
• 2 years previous Food and Beverage service experience in luxury hotel

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Should be impeccably groomed and presented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment .
• Team work
