Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for position of a FMCG Sales Development Manager in UAE. MAF is an Emirati holding company based in Dubai, UAE. It owns & operates shopping malls, leisure establishments and retail in the MENA region. Job Purpose of A FMCG Sales Development Manager

• The Sales Development Manager is responsible for managing the optimization of the available space and ensuring the assortment reflects the quality and efficiency in line with set positioning and image.
• Responsible for analyzing the category performance and organize the reporting files for management to review.

Dutjes of A FMCG Sales Development Manager

• Conduct research to identify market developments and customer needs.
• Implement promotion and strategies to boost in store sales through creative, eye-catching and customer friendly store layouts.
• Participate in the development of category studies to identify sales development solutions to increase sales and profit.
• Identify innovative concepts for product assortment within stores.
• Analyse the performance of assortments and propose changes to relevant category managers.
• Measure and control profitability after the implementation of projects.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration.

Experience

• 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Planogram Development experience and assortment layout.
• FMCG sourcing experience.
