Job Description
Floor Supervisor in (Fine Dine Restaurant) at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC will be responsible for managing the activities and staff on the floor to ensure smooth operations. They oversee the daily activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the quality of service or production standards. Candidate also handles troubleshooting, staff performance, inventory management, and compliance with company policies. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Floor Supervisor
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees (e.g., sales associates, service team, barista, customer service representatives).
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to floor staff.
- Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Motivate and manage team performance to meet company goals and customer expectations.
- Conducts briefing to update team and assign deployment sheet.
- Prepare floor plan and assign table in accurate manners to service team
- Operational Oversight:
- Monitor the flow of operations on the floor, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct opening and closing checklist.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the floor.
- Ensure proper stocking and organization of inventory or products.
- Oversee the maintenance of floor cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure staff is providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs promptly.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is a top priority on the floor.
- Scheduling and Staffing:
- Prepare and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Monitor attendance, manage time-off requests, and address any staffing issues.
- Inventory and Stock Management:
- Oversee the replenishment and organization of stock or products on the floor.
- Ensure inventory is counted and managed accurately.
- Work with management to place orders for supplies or products when necessary.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain records of daily activities, staff performance, and operational issues.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to management about the team’s performance and floor activities.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that the team follows safety procedures and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce a safe work environment.
Requirements for Role of Floor Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in restaurant and hotel management
- at least 3 years in same role, with fine dining restaurant experience, Italian concept, and or international cuisine.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Bilingual with excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Food and beverage knowledge, and awareness of healthy living, hospitality passion, inspiring personality, ability to provide an excellent customer service experience, fine dining sequence of service, ability to provide service impeccable, advance managerial skills, ability to provides training, and coaching to team.
