Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is  actively seeking a highly motivated and results driven Fleet Aftersales Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team. The role holder will play a crucial role in expanding company’s multibrand aftersales business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within fleet business sector. This position requires a go getter with strong communication & presentation skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities of Fleet Business Development Executive

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in fleet management industry.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking & online research.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to understand their fleet management needs and promote company services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions that align with company services.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare & present compelling proposals that address the unique requirements of potential clients.
  • Work closely with the pricing team to ensure that proposed solutions align with the company’s capabilities.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize terms, pricing and contractual agreements.
  • Close deals effectively while ensuring a win win outcome for both the client & company.
  • Collaboration With Internal Teams: Collaborate with Service operations and technical teams to ensure timely solution to customer concerns if any, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide valuable insights from the field to contribute to product/service enhancements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.

Requirements for Role of Fleet Business Development Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Atleast 1-2 years of proven experience in business development and sales within the fleet management or related industry.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Strong understanding of fleet market in UAE and their service requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
  • Results oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
