NAFFCO presently has a job opening for suitably experienced candidate for position of a Fire Alarm Chargehand in 9CRJ+MH4, 3 Al Nuaimia, Ajman, UAE. Candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation, maintenance and inspection of fire alarm systems within commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Responsibilities of Fire Alarm Chargehand

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of fire alarm systems.
• Train and mentor team members on fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to schedule and prioritize work orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire alarm systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain maintenance procedures, testing schedules and recommendations for system upgrades.

Requirements for Role of Fire Alarm Chargehand

• Intermediate School or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
• Experience in supervising and leading a team of technicians.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Strong knowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards and other industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring climbing, lifting and working at heights.
