Fine Wine & Spirits Experts at MMI in 5th Floor, Emirates Holiday Building, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE will be working with world class global brands and operating within a dynamic team in an environment where luxury meets excitement, candidates’ role will be to support a team in all operational aspects of a premier liquor retail destination in Dubai. Joining their team as a Fine Wine & Spirit Expert job holder’s role will involve providing expert knowledge and guidance on selecting, purchasing and enjoying premium wines and spirits. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Fine Wine & Spirits Experts
- Offer personalized assistance to customers, helping them choose wines and spirits that suit their occasions and budget.
- Conduct wine tastings and educational seminars to engage customers and promote products.
- Maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals and private client teams to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to create effective displays and promotional materials.
Requirements for Role of Fine Wine & Spirits Experts
- WSET level 2 Certification.
- 2+ years experience in the liquor industry with strong commercial acumen.
- Experience working with private clients and in mall operations.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Proficiency in sales and upselling, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for wines and spirits.
