Job Description

Adecco Middle East is hiring Finance Analyst for one of the reputed clients based in Dubai. The company seeks a Finance Analyst to be a key member supporting Commercial Sales team in Middle East and Africa. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing divisions within Company in a newly created role. As a Finance Analyst, you will partner closely with business leaders and their teams, providing strategic support by developing financial models and generating analytical insights to evaluate business opportunities and concepts, turning insights into operational measurements. Further, you will drive innovation to improve finance tools and processes. This role requires a self-starter with a solid financial modeling background, advanced Excel abilities, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations and project management skills.

Responsibilities of Financial Analyst

  • Build financial models for new business concepts.
  • Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investment.
  • Present financial summary and business insights to senior management.
  • Tighten internal controls for program spending and revenue accrual.

Requirements of Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • CA/ CFA – MBA from Top tier university.
  • 2-5 years prior experience in finance or other related analytical experience.
  • SQL knowledge and experience of working with large and complex data sets.

Skills and Abilities Desired

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Good business judgment capable of driving a diverse organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach.
