Flydubai is actively accepting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidate for role of a Finance Officer Payables. The incumbent will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices from vendors and assisting with supplier reconciliations.

Responsibilities of Finance Officer Payables

• Validate and process vendor invoices related to direct operating costs.
• Assist Team Leader Payables in ensuring resolution of issues with vendor issues related to invoices and payments.
• Assist Team Leader Payables in supplier reconciliations and other reports.
• Assist with Outstation regulatory requirements, setting up processes and vendor payments in time.
• Co-ordinate with Team Leader Payables and business teams to achieve business objectives.
• Perform any other duty as assigned by the higher authorities or which may fall with in the scope of job work.

Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility requirements for role of Finance Officer Payables are as under:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the invoice processing function of a multinational organization (airline would be an advantage).
