• Manage petty cash and ensure all petty cash payments are made as per company policies and DOA.
• Complete Budget monitoring against all Procurement Recommendation Reports and Purchase Orders.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Keep track and fulfill all the requirements of non routine reporting transactions.
• Facilitate internal and external Auditors in coordination with the Finance team to ensure clean and timely internal, interim and year end audits.
• Ensure to meet the timeline for daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements set by Charter School Finance and OSM.
• Support the Senior Accountant, OSM & Principal wherever possible to ensure smooth finance operation.
• Act as a backup for CSF Team and manage the activities in a member’s absence.
• Prepare various reports and GL schedules to monitor the accuracy and completeness of the financial information generated from the transactions.
• Supports budget and forecasting activities.
• At least identify 1 Process improvement and work together with school tea.

Job Requirements of Finance Officer

• Degree in Accounting.
• With 3+ years’ experience in finance function.
