DAMAC Group is currently looking to hire a Finance Manager in Leasing at DAMAC Executive Heights, TECOM, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, PO Box 2195 Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-35000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Finance Manager

• Manage with Finesse: Lead the day-to-day management of accounts receivables, tenant statements of accounts & more, ensuring operational smoothness and accuracy.
• Financial Mastery: Drive the production of leasing portfolio management accounts & financial reports, showcasing your expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
• System Savvy: Oversee ERP system maintenance and monitoring, utilizing your tech-savvy skills to optimize our financial operations.
• Guardian of Integrity: Uphold the integrity & quality of financial documents, ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies & statutory laws and regulations.
• Strategic Partner: Act as the primary contact for finance support in leasing operations, collaborating closely with department heads on strategic business planning & decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the leasing finance team, guiding them through monthly closing processes and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements for Role of Finance Manager

• Chartered Accountant or Masters in Accounts.
• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in leasing business, demonstrating your mastery of financial intricacies.
• Profound knowledge and experience of Dubai leasing laws and guidelines, ensuring compliance and legal adherence.
• Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi or similar platforms, along with experience in new ERP system implementation, adds extra shine to your profile.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Possess strong managerial skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking, driving efficiency and excellence in every aspect of leasing finance.
