Job Description

Finance Manager (AR, Reconciliation Shared Services) at IFFCO will be responsible to manage & lead the reconciliation team to ensure on time and accurate delivery of reconciliations (Bank, Intercompany, Supplier, Customer & VAT) related business processes and services for all Business Units of IFFCO Group within the scope of SSC Finance.

Duties of A Finance Manager

  • Ensure smooth and timely processing of all reconciliation defined in the SLA
  • Report SLA and/or other risk control breaches to the team-head for timely investigation and escalation.
  • Strictly follow SOPs in daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation.
  • Follow up/Escalate with responsible business units on outstanding breaks according to internal procedure.
  • Ensure that proper accounting entries are made on the basis of COA.
  • Ensure that proper accounting entries are made on the basis of COA.
  • Bring industry best and latest practices for Reconciliaton process.

Requirements For Finance Manager

The eligibility requirements for role of a Finance Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
  • Worked on Oracle.
  • 6-8 years of experience in managing F&A teams in a shared service / BPO setup.
  • Experience of working on digital transformation / improvemments in Recon – OCR / RPA deployment.

KPIs

  • Reconciliaiton open items (Zero >30 days).
  • Ensuring coverage of 90% of reconciliaiton through system reconciliaiton.
  • 100% accuracy in reconciliation.
  • 100% TAT in completing all reconciliations (Intercompany and Bank).
  • Scrutiny on Bank masters periodically.
