Finance Manager Charterhouse Dubai

Charterhouse are currently working with a leading international business within the Retail sector whom are in the process of looking to hire a Finance Manager (Retail Operations) within their Dubai regional office.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of financial management & financial reporting aspects within business entity, to deliver strong accounting processes to generate accurate financial statements & reporting controls aligned to IFRS.
• Ownership of inventory and project-based accounting, to develope strong management portfolio and any projects in development pipeline.
• This role also extends to areas of financial analysis in the support of commercial reviews, market oversight and any product development.

Requirements of Finance Manager

• Qualified professional Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with a demonstrable track record.
• Minimum: five years of experience, across financial management and reporting-based positions.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Demonstrate a solid insight into the retail sector and its dynamics within the regional markets whilst.
• Develop strong reporting controls across all aspects of the business cycle.
• Finance Manager shall be well-versed in strong management reporting and planning-based capabilities to manage areas of demand planning and cost efficiencies.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
• The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach.
• Professional outlook with the ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure.
