Charterhouse are currently working with a legacy client, whom within their Asset Management arm, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager Asset Management. Submit your application.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of financial management and financial reporting aspects within business entity, to deliver strong accounting processes, to generate accurate financial statements & reporting controls aligned to IFRS.
• Ownership of Fixed Asset accounting, to develope strong management reports, across the portfolio and projects within the development pipeline.
• This role extends to areas of financial analysis in support of feasibility or investment studies.
• Role shall require Excel capabilities, to a financial modelling level, along with exposure to Power BI tools.

Requirements of Finance Manager Asset Management

• Qualified professional Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with a demonstrable track record.
• Minimum of seven years of experience, across financial management and reporting-based positions.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Applicants shall be exposed to areas of real estate and/or asset management operations whilst.
• Understanding the dynamics of EPC and/or project-based operators.
• Well-versed with SAP ERP platforms, combined with an ability to manage & extract date within the system shall be critical aspect within the search criterion.
• Manage senior reporting lines, whilst developing reporting tools & commentaries, shall be another vital aspect of the role function within this expanding business entity.
