Responsibilities of Finance Manager

• To oversee the financial operation of the company.
• Coordinate an effective and efficient Payroll Management/Resource allocation through establishing a flexible work force throughout the Division, based on the principles of Multi-Skilling and Multi-tasking.
• Ensure that the departmental cost and expenses are well controll.
• Monitor all costs and recommend measure to control them.
• Ensure that the Department Operational Budget is strictly adhere to.
• Supervise the day to day control system, administration, reporting system and transfer skills in all related areas.
• Interpret financial results to maximize operating results.
• Provide tools for future planning and control.

Requirements of Finance Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any relevant field.
• 5 plus years of experience in a similar role.
