Majid Al Futtaim presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Finance Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various operational activities within Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Treasury Function. The role is primarily focused on daily bank reconciliation, daily review of statements, the individual is expected to acquire a good understanding of IBAM (Treasury Management System).

Duties of Finance Coordinator

• Reconciliation for authorized signatories/dealing mandates.
• Prepare periodic treasury reports as assigned.
• Provide support on ad hoc assignments/projects as appropriate.
• Act as back up for Treasury Manager.
• Management of Bank Accounts for all regions Opening, closing, maintenance, change of signatories, securing bank letters etc.
• Responsible for supporting financial operations by processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management within the organization.
• Online eBanking process management admin rights and super users for all approvers.
• Maintain signatory reconciliation for secure bank balance confirmations for audit purposes.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility Requirements for role of a Finance Coordinator are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 1-3 years in administrative/ document management in project management related fields.
