Siemens Healthineers is currently looking to hire only student candidate for the job role of a Finance Admin Intern in Building 40, Floor 2, Dubai Healthcare City, Dubai, UAE. This is an Internship level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-9000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Finance Admin Intern

• Will be responsible for scheduling appointment and maintain calendars.
• Will be responsible for schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
• Will be responsible for prepare communications such as Memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
• Will be responsible for create and maintain filing system both electronic and physical.
• Will be responsible for managing travel expense and perform bookkeeping.
• Will be the point of contact for Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, taking notes and minutes in meetings, ordering and taking stock of office supplies, being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
• Will support basic commercial tasks defined by the Line Manager.

Requirements for Role of Finance Admin Intern

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Administration completed or in process of completion
• 1 year working experience would be an asset.
• Fresh candidates can also apply.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Self-starter, motivated and result oriented.
• Reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively.
• SAP knowledge would be an asset.
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good command of English and Presentation skills.

• Ability to analyze numbers and business acumen.
• Methodical and systematic.
• Ability to communicate across various level.
