Responsibilities of File Clerk
- Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and make copies before distributing
- Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
- Create or update records with new files and information

Requirements for File Clerk
- High school diploma in relevant field.
- Proven experience of 1 – 2 Years in data entry or related roles.
Skills and knowledge Desired
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with publishing terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time management skills.
