Job Overview of A Field Technician

• Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Your Duties As A Field Technician

• Manage the Data center servers and hardware resources.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products.
• Performing first level diagnosis and troubleshooting support to end users and customers.
• Working under minimal supervision, receives calls and inquiries.
• Provides support in line with established processes and document incidents and remedies.
• Escalate complex incidents to second level support personnel as principal system engineer’s team.
• To perform any other duty as required by the line manager or supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree  field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years.
