Tiffany & Co is currently looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join Tiffany & Co. MEA team as a Field Coach Trainer. Candidate will collaborate with store leaders and retail teams, overseeing, monitoring and coaching to uphold consistently high sales and service standards while demonstrating brand behaviors across the UAE market. Through active partnership, on-the-job coaching, and follow-up, the job holder will ensure the development of the leadership team’s skill set, enabling them to lead and develop their retail teams with confidence and proficiency. The objective is to cultivate Tiffany Brand Ambassadors who possess comprehensive knowledge of the brand, products and a strategic approach to selling and client development.

Responsibilities of Field Coach Trainer

  • Monitor and observe daily client interactions on the sales floor. Share strengths and areas for improvement to the retail sales team as evaluated against Tiffany knowledge, client experience, selling skills and attitude benchmarks/best practices.
  • Work with store management to prepare a monthly training calendar, mapping out learning solutions such as Daily Huddles and in-store training sessions based on observations and the specific business objectives of the store/region.
  • Partner with Retail Learning Manager to facilitate trainings designed to support business objectives.
  • Organize and/or facilitate inspiring & impactful in-store on-boarding/induction to all new hires, partnering with subject matter experts in the region or store to ensure an enhanced learning experience for the employee.
  • Partner with store leadership for structuring, scheduling participating in motivational learning moments that regional training sessions, peer mentorship programs employee experiences.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including onboarding modules, product knowledge sessions customer service training.
  • Develop & deliver training programs tailored to the specific need of each store aligned with the Tiffany & Co. strategy and values.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the retail team to support them in achieving their goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in retail training to continuously enhance the trainings programs.

Requirements for Role of Field Coach Trainer

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field in business, education, training & development, or in a related field.
  • 5+ years of training & development experience (luxury brand or luxury service industry).
