Job Description

Hospitality Industry is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of F&B Supervisor. This vacancy was posted on Khaleej times on 12 January 2024. The selected candidate will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of their F&B department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities of F&B Supervisor

  • Supervise and coordinate F&B staff activities.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of dining services.
  • Train and mentor staff in customer service and operational procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards in food and service.

  • Collaborate with the management to develop and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements for Role of F&B Supervisor 

  • Diploma/Certificate in hospitality management or culinary arts.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise customer inquiries effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
