F&B Service Team Leader, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah UAE

Jumeirah Group presently has job opening for eligible candidate for position of a F&B Service Team Leader. The aspiring candidate will work at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai (subsidiary of Jumeirah Group). Job Purpose of A F&B Service Team Leader

• To supervise and coordinate food and beverage service operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• To oversee and guide restaurant or catering staff, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to service standards.

Duties of A F&B Service Team Leader

• Supervises workflow and sequence of service effectiveness during service and provides constant hands-on support.
• Supervises closely and monitors the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with Cashiering Procedures.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring procedures for CSI and Compliant Handling are followed.
• Informs the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager of any complaints or negative feedback from guests after they first try to resolve.
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, guidance, coaching and counselling of colleagues.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• High School Diploma or internationally recognized degree.

Experience

• Minimum one year of previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Fluency in English and additional language (fluency in Russian or any European language is an advantage).
• Handling guest complaints at highest service levels.
• Dealing with high profile guests.
• Knowledge of Dubai.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
