F&B Field Operations Internship Azadea Group Dubai

An Internship in F&B Field Operations at Azadea Group in Tower, O-14 Base, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE  is responsible for assisting and helping the Field Operations Team leader with several operations matters as well as shadowing their Line Manager or Supervisor in order to gain real life experience while assisting in daily relevant assignments. Also, candidate will be supporting the store operations across the group to ensure the business objectives are met. This is an Internship level job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of F&B Field Operations Internship

• Assist and follow on the F&A and F&B inventory procedure of each brand per country regularly; as well as prepare exceptional inventory management such as garage sales.
• Direct the opening of new stores in coordination with relevant parties by ensuring the availability of needed resources (Inventory, Store services and LP…).
• Develop and execute a work plan to support the emergencies in the stores and restaurants.
• Follow up closely with Inventory, Store Services and Loss Prevention functions to ensure all operational needs for existing. And new shops are met in a timely manner, including shrinkage reduction, quarterly inventory and shops audit.
• Review and monitor several reports (DSR, WSR, COGS Statistics, ad hoc.) including but not limited to stock level and financial reports. As well as coordinate with Brand Manager/ Shop Manager to take appropriate action.
• Ensure the abidance of Loss Prevention policies across all stores.
• Coordinate and participate in the training of new joiners and existing employees in relation to inventory, Store Services. And loss prevention processes, system and hardware to assure the best understanding of the process, procedure and policies on a timely manner.
• Cooperate with the procurement team to revise the accredited list of service providers on a monthly basis.

Requirements for Role of F&B Field Operations Internship

• Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in the food service industry, hospitality industry, or related field.
• Fresh candidates can also apply.
• Family/University Sponsorship is a must.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Available to work in office: Monday till Friday, from 9AM till 6PM.
