About the Role

As an EYFS Teacher at Gems Founders School Dubai South, you will deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to young learners in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The successful candidate will also benefit from free access to leading CPD programmes, including NQT, QTS, and iPGCE pathways through the TES Institute, making this role ideal for both experienced and early-career teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that promote learning through play and exploration
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for young learners
• Assess and track student progress against EYFS framework goals and milestones
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual developmental needs of each child
• Build strong partnerships with parents and communicate regularly about student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities and school events
• Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme and community culture

Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent qualification
• Experience teaching EYFS or Key Stage 1 in a British curriculum school
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and child development
• A creative, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for professional development and continuous improvement
