AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Expression Interest Land Surveyor to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of their surveying department, candidate will be responsible for conducting precise site measurements, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports to support various construction and infrastructure projects in the region. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Expression Interest Land Surveyor

• Perform on-site surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other surveying software to process data and create detailed drawings.
• Establish property boundaries, easements, and right-of-ways.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure survey data meets project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings.
• Ensure compliance with local land laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.

Requirements for Role of Expression Interest Land Surveyor

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Proficiency in using surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other surveying software.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Physical stamina to perform fieldwork in various weather conditions.
