Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for position of an Executive Secretary (Personal Assistant / PA) to Chief Clinical Officer. Job Purpose of An Executive Secretary

  • To provide support and coordinate management activities of the Chief Clinical Office including communication and administration.
  • Ensure smooth operational efficiency of work and processes.

Job Duties As An Executive Secretary (Personal Assistant / PA) At Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai

  • Provide effective and professional telephone / email service.
  • Effective support and coordination of all related office administration.
  • Documentation management.
  • Diary management.
  • Act as the gatekeeper to Chief Clinical Officer.
  • Perform any other secreterial tasks as asked by Chief Clinical officer.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

  • A relevant secretarial or administration diploma / degree or related qualification.

Experience

  • At least 3 years experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant.

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Contract and legal register management.
  • Coordination and scheduling of diaries and meetings.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise work in a fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
