Job Description
Construction industry is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for job role of Executive Secretary in Dubai. Responsibilities of Executive Secretary
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
- Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
- Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note taking, and travel bookings.
- Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
Requirements of Executive Secretary
The requirements for the job role of Executive Secretary are as following.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a secretary or in a similar role.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Proficient in MS Office and “back office” software (e.g. ERP).
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
