Executive People & Organization GCC at Puma in Building 7, 3rd floor, Dubai, UAE is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all People & Organization tasks including onboarding & offboarding, recruitment, employee communication, employee relations and policies and procedures implementation and compliance. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Executive People & Organization GCC
- Manage employment visa process and onboarding program for new employees.
- Benefits administration: Manage employee benefits enrolment, revision and termination. Ensures all benefits information is current and accurate.
- Assist with the recruitment process: Initial screening, administering assessments and scheduling interviews.
- Manage travel requirements for employees including flight, hotel and visa arrangements.
- Creating, maintaining, updating and filing employment records thru HRIS system (Workday).
- Prepare and file headcount, P&O expenses and other P&O related reports on monthly/quarterly/ yearly basis.
- Primary contact for the employees and department managers that seeking support on P&O matters.
- Provide support in P&O related issues, based on professional knowledge and according to P&O policies and UAE employment law.
Requirements for Role of Executive People & Organization GCC
- A Bachelor degree holder, major in Human Resources, Business Admin, or Finance.
- Min 2+ years of relevant working experience and well-versed in employment law and practices. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
