Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Executive Manager Cyber Security Architect. The the job holder is responsible to manage and implement ADCB’s cyber security and incident response strategy by designing and implementing security measures, conducting vulnerability assessment and monitoring and managing the response to cyber security incidents to ensure bank operates within a pre defined risk appetite to mitigate any foreseeable cyber security threats.

Responsibilities of Executive Manager Cyber Security Architect

• New Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients, complete financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications to ensure an excellent on-boarding experience achieve assigned targets and secure profitable business transactions
• Portfolio Management: Offer existing clients new solutions, enroll clients for alternate channels and value added services to increase transaction volumes and grow the assigned portfolio.
• Relationship Management: Review client dossiers to ensure capture current and future needs; identify and respond to customers’ requirements.
• Risk Management of Executive Manager: Conduct client visits understand and report on risk profile and highlight/update approving authorities.
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions .
• Self Management: Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service.

Requirements of Executive Manager Cyber Security Architect

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• At least 7 years of experience in banking in managing relationships and a portfolio of clients.
