Purpose of A Executive Human Resources

Strategically managing and aligning human resources functions to support organizational goals and workforce effectiveness.

Duties of A Executive Human Resources

• Communicate with Doctors, Nurses and general candidates regarding the recruitment procedures.
• Preparing for performance appraisals to be given to the staff.
• Maintains and processes all employee records, documents, and files.
• Answers general questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
• Responsible for the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff, reports to the HR Manager, and heads of the departments with HR issues.
• Perform any other job duties as assigned by Head of Department.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or its equivalent.
• 1-2 years of general experience, Human Resources experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• Computer skills, including word and excel in a microsoft windows environment.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Arabic language is advantageous/desirable but not essential.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
