Job Description

Apparel Group presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of an Executive Human Capital in Jabel Ali South, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 10000-20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Executive Human Capital

  • Project Excellence:
  • Provide support for HRMS including but not limited to researching of resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results and process flows; performs scheduled activities of alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
  • Conduct Root cause analysis, Troubleshooting, Problem-solving and Decision making in HRMS related issues.
  • Supports HRMS system upgrades and new module functionality implementation.
  • Effective technical documentation (investigation reports/design documents).
  • Process excellence:
  • Following all processes defined in the project including system administration.
  • Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits.
  • Collaborate with other HRMS users (Payroll, Accounting, Projects, etc.)
  • Others:
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the team and companywide.
  • Encouraging team members for training for the benefit of the system functioning.
  • Delivery of required reports and HRMS documents.
  • Performs all tasks and job functions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements for Role of Executive Human Capital

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Specializing in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

To develop a deep understanding of HR processes, information systems, and strategic HR initiatives.
