Dubai Health Authority is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of Executive Excellence in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10001-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Executive Excellence

• Providing support in fulfilling the requirements for Dubai Government Excellence Program and other Excellence awards in coordination with other sectors/departments
• Assist in executing the DGEP/Excellence Awards preparation phases.
• Provide technical support in submission writing for DGEP/Excellence awards participations and report it to the Head of Section.
• Participate in the implementation of communication plan (Internal/External) to enhance excellence/quality culture and raise awareness through different activities including training programs for all DHA staff.
• Assist in monitoring the implementation corrective and preventive plans with other Sectors/Departments and ensure they fulfil DGEP requirements.
• Participate in the implementation of the Self-Assessment phases, and provide other sectors/departments with the support if required.
• Recommend, develop and maintain Excellence Section policies/procedures/forms.
• Other duties assigned by Head of Excellence Section or higher authority.

Requirements for Role of Executive Excellence

• Bachelor’s/Higher Diploma degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 5 years of experience in the excellence field.
