Responsibilities of Executive Assistant

  • Responsible for providing administrative, technical project management support to a Senior Executive and their leadership team.
  • Serves as a strategic business partner trusted confidante, liaison executive stand-in providing guidance and input regarding company & business affairs.
  • Builds & maintains relationships crucial to the success of the Executive & the organization represents the Company & the Executive’s office to the organization as well as external visitors.
  • Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools, e-mail monitoring, calendar management, meeting scheduling, presentation creation, visa applications, expense report completion.
  • Ensure manager is prepared for meetings, management of purchase orders, software applications coordinating travel for business meetings.
  • Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Support Sales HQ Team: Support SVP’s key operation team based in Dubai (including calendar management of Senior Director).

Requirements for Role of Executive Assistant

  • A minimum of a four-year college degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience of executive assistant.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong technology skills and a proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Lync/Skype, Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration technologies.
  • Proven ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organization and follow through skills.
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence.
  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Clear ability to handle multiple priorities.
