Executive Assistant and Administrative Officer – Sunmarke School, Dubai
Sunmarke School in Dubai is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant and Administrative Officer to support senior leadership. This role combines executive support with administrative management, requiring excellent organisational skills and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Principal and senior leadership team
- Manage calendars, correspondence, reports and meeting minutes
- Coordinate school events, parent meetings and governance activities
- Handle confidential documentation and communications
- Support admissions processes and visitor management
- Liaise with parents, staff and external stakeholders professionally
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or school administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in a school or education setting preferred
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month
