Job Description

Mohamed Hilal Group is seeking a passionate, committed and detail-oriented Events and Social Media Coordinator to support their brands’ experiential and digital initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with their events and social media teams, supporting various event management tasks and digital marketing activities. They want to hear from you if you’re a fresh graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in a business or marketing-related field and want to join a fast paced, innovative and creative luxury business. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Events and Social Media Coordinator

  • Events Management:
  • Event Planning & Execution: Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of brand events.
  • Guest Management: Help create invitation lists, manage RSVPs, and ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Coordination of Collaterals: Oversee the creation and distribution of event-related materials such as gifts, goodie bags, invitation cards, limited edition packaging, banners, and visual merchandising.
  • Giveaways & Invites: Work with the events team to design and distribute giveaways and send personalized invitations.
  • Influencer Outreach: Support identifying, contacting, and liaising with influencers for event promotion.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Actively engage with various departments to ensure all event elements are executed seamlessly from start to finish.
  • Social Media:
  • Social Media Mapping & Content Calendar: Develop a comprehensive social media map and content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
  • Content Creation & Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators and manage content development for social media channels.
  • Agency Liaison: Brief social media agencies, provide feedback on assets, and ensure alignment with the brand’s tone and vision.

Requirements for Role of Events and Social Media Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, preferably in Marketing.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or social media.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Passion for luxury brands and an interest in fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
