Responsibilities of An Event Operations Executive

• The Event Operations Executive will predominantly focus on overseeing all operational and logistical aspects for a portfolio of corporate events, as well as cultivating and managing relationships with suppliers.
• Whilst spearheading multiple projects, the role will require active participation in the event experience, from conception to completion.
• Engage in event experience planning and on-the-day management to shape the overall ambience and presentation of the event.
• As the primary customer service point of contact, this role will encompass tasks such as sourcing and negotiating venue contracts as well as liaising with the exhibitors and sponsors of the event.

Job Requirements

The job requirements for role of an Event Operations Executive are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree in event management or related field with at least 3 years of experience in similar role.
• Prior experience in event operations, cost and budget management, coupled with the ability to foster supplier relationships and strong relationship management skills.
• Customer focused individual with a high business acumen and a proven track record in managing extensive large-scale B2B events.

Skills Desired

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Project management skills along with the ability to collaborate across different time zones in this dynamic and hands-on role.
• Giving preference to bilingual English/Arabic speakers.
