Job Purpose of An Event Executive

Event Executive provides support and coordination for event operations and event management to meet the expectations of IFZA (Marketing) and external projects (outside IFZA).

Duties of An Event Executive

  • Display exceptional customer service skills necessary for interacting with the client’s (IFZA & others) planning teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all projects between IFZA and IFZA Events and Entertainment.
  • Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with IFZA and other clients to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post event phases of the project.
  • Coordinates and communicates verbally and in writing with clients regarding event details.
  • Acts as liaison between client and the production team (IFZA Events & Entertainment) throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event).
  • Establish and manage process, meetings and milestones.
  • Develop, track and manage program budget.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as event management, hospitality, marketing, or communications.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Event Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel or event agency. 
  • 2-3 years of related working experience in Event Management. 

Skills Desired

  • Creative, flexible, and detail-oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills.
