Estimation Engineer Transguard Group UAE

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for an Estimation Engineer for Presales team (ELV) to work at group’s HQ located in Dubai Airport Free Zone. The Pre sales engineer role at Transguard Systrem Integration is to work closely with Sales team to deliver competitive proposals. The role is responsible for bids to be designed to client specifications with full compliance, at a competitive rates. Also, the role is responsible for RFP study, raise RFls, design a fully compliant solution, make proposals to fit client’s commercial and technical requirement, take part in technical presentations.

Responsibilities of Estimation Engineer

• To ensure that bids are turned around on time and in a timely manner.
• Meet both Transguard’s and Transguard’s clients quality standards & specifications.
• Evaluate the RFPs properly, raise RFls, clarify the technical queries well before the submission of proposals.
• Propose the best products which will fully comply the specification.
• To ensure Transguard’s bids are fully compliant and are as competitive as possible.
• To ensure Transguard’s minimum gross profit margins are maintained.
• To ensure proper documentation is done and able to demonstrate solutions through block diagrams, schematics, Interface Control Documents and proper review of shop drawings is done.
• To perform detailed site surveys, coordinate with subcontractors, participate in pre and post bid meetings and support sales team.
• Hand over finalized proposal, cost sheet and design information to the  projects team and sales team.
• Attend necessary technical trainings and take certifications as scheduled and planned.

Qualification Requirements for Role of Estimation Engineer

• Engineering Degree.
• Professional Background in ELV industry.
• 3-5 years in the same role.
