NAFFCO is a Middle East-based manufacturer of firefighting products, its business is built around fire protection engineering. Presently, they are looking to hire Estimation Coordinator in Dubai to join their Team.

Responsibilities of Estimation Coordinator

  • Receiving and registering job requests in compliance to internal registration procedures including filling out of essential forms and files, job request approval and endorsement to estimation engineers.
  • Performing follow-ups and gathering feedback on sent quotations.
  • Providing effective coordination among Estimation Engineers and the inquiring entity (whether Sales, exports or external customers or agents) on active estimation jobs by receiving customer specifications, communicating clarifications and sending reminders.
  • Writing and preparing technical specifications, catalogues, commercial offers and other documentations relevant to inquiries and tenders.
  • Sending and communicating of approved commercial offers and other relevant documentations to the inquiring entity.
  • Safekeeping of files and folders, updating and managing of the database/master list on received jobs particularly on customer records, products offered, communications, etc. and preparing of monthly reports.
  • Other duties assigned by the Estimation Managers and other estimation engineers.

Requirements for Role of Estimation Coordinator

  • Graduation in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating or related role.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for the accuracy and timeliness of cost estimates.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
