Job Purpose of ERP Specialist

Maintain enterprise wide software systems to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.

Job Duties of An ERP Specialist

• Develop long term plans and integrated systems to improve operational processes and organizational efficiency.
• Assist in reducing organizational waste.
• Collaborate closely with members of the department teams to optimize systems that meet production goals.
• Write, develop, install, or debug code for ERP strategies and programs.
• Provided recommendations to department head on ways to optimize existing software programs and business processes.
• Evaluate enterprise needs and analyze data related optimization.
• Gather data on integration issues & vulnerabilities and report all findings, including improvement recommendations.
• Ability to manage ERP applications storage, database, backups and annual restore tests.
• Manage disaster recovery systems for ERP
• Ability to create & maintain comprehensive technical documentation for enterprise systems.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science.
• 4+ years of experience in relevant field.
