Responsibilities of Enterprise Risk & Business Resilience Assistant Manager

• Create the Enterprise Risk Management & Business Resilience vision & strategy and manage its implementation across UAE business units & functions.
• Ensure strong governance & comoliance for all risk & reslillience frameworks within DP World GCC.
• Responsible for identifying, assessing, measuring & mitigating potential risks, and having the right business continuity plans for all UAE business units & functions in order to control & mitigate the risk to the acceptable level.
• Manage, measure, and monitor the effectiveness of mitigation action plans by liaising for UAE business units & functions.
• Manage business resilience by identifying the right business continuity plans along with UAE business units and test their effectiveness through regular drills to ensure effective business resilience.
• Monitor and report the progress of Mitigation Plans.

What You’ll Do More?

• Responsible to execute & align with HO group crisis management framework and ensure effective compliance of documentations and crisis drills.
• Manage all documentation related to ERM & Business Resilience documentation such as polices, procedure, risk registers, business continuity plans…etc.
• Continuously monitor and update the UAE functions risk registers and business continuity plans based on the framework developed by Corporate Head Office.
• Communicate & provide support to Head Office Risk Management & Resilience team when required on the enterprise risk management & business resilience matters related to UAE business units and functions.
• Present the management review meetings & other presentation related to enterprise risk management & business resilience on regular basis.
• Manage an effective result dashboard related to enterprise risk management & business resilience and communicate the relevant reports to the management.
• Manage the programs/initiative that enhance the awareness level among UAE employees related to enterprise risk management & business resilience activities.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as assigned by management team.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Enterprise Risk & Business Resilience Assistant Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of previous proven experience.
