The jobholder is responsible to Provides extensive leadership, direction, and supervision of technical staff performing in the Systems Support and Management area. Provides oversight on activities for IT services, such as personal computer services or Windows server and Windows client application technologies. Other technology support areas could include Windows client and server operating systems, various core and non-core software applications, messaging/collaboration software’s or services and physical device hardware or software installations, upgrades and maintenance activities. Design, lead and support departmental projects. Manage to financial and resource estimates. Provide direction on technology directions and process or cost improvement efforts.

Responsibilities of Enterprise Operations Manager

• Responsibilities include supervision of existing resources, project management, implementation and oversight of projects.
• Researches and develops innovative solutions.
• Manages assigned regional projects, which include responsibility for planning; time and cost control, resource utilization and implementation.
• Supports Vendor management.
• Recommends future directions.
• Coaches and develops direct reports and other employees.
• Assumes role of primary technical advisor to management on emerging technologies that could impact new developments.
• Supports chronic complex problem resolution.
• Participates in strategic and financial planning.
• Ensures department or project is adequately staffed, trained and effectively managed.

Requirements of Enterprise Operations Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 3-4 extensive knowledge of Project Management methodology and best practices.
