Duties Of Enterprise Document Verification Agent

  • Contact the customers and schedule visit to verify customer documents.
  • Fill the application form for the customer and review customer order details.
  • Verify and collect customer documents.
  • Send request to obtain finance approval if required.
  • Scan the documents and submit original to document management.
  • Raise activity on CRM and follow up on the request until the request is approved.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of Enterprise Document Verification Agent are as under:

  • Minimum Bachelors or higher degree in Telecommunications / Business / Computer Science / or related discipline.
  • 1 year Sales experience.
