Responsibilities of Engineering Supervisor

• Supervise and guide a team of engineers in executing technical tasks and projects.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with various departments to address cross-functional technical concerns and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Oversee and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they are complete on time and within specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for the engineering team.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies to improve engineering processes continuously.
• Supervise all day to day general maintenance work within the hotel rooms, public areas, and back of house areas.
• Coordinate electrical and plumbing schedules including water testing
• Review and maintain daily check lists and operation work sheet.
• Ensure correct procedures and safety precautions are followed.

Requirements of Engineering Supervisor

The requirements of Engineering Supervisor are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within an engineering department.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and relevant computer programs, including Microsoft programs.
• In depth technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
