IFZA is actively seeking to hire suitable candidate for role of Engagement & Emiratization Assistant Manager in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that promote a positive work environment, foster strong employee relations, and contribute to increased productivity and retention, developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop Emirati talent, aligning with national workforce development objectives.

Responsibilities of Engagement & Emiratization Assistant Manager

Strategy Development

  • Formulate and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with the organization’s mission, values and business objectives.
  • Collect and analyze internal data, external benchmark and best practices.

 Program Implementation

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs, events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

 Feedback and Surveys

  • Develop and administer employee surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the workplace.
  • Analyse survey data to identify trends, areas of improvement and opportunities for enhancing employee engagement.

 Employee Wellness

  • Implement wellness programs that focus on the physical, mental and emotional well-being of employees.

 Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect, analyse and report relevant data to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives. Maintain key metrics and insights

Emiratization Strategy

  • Develop and implement an Emiratization strategy in alignment with national policies, and organizational needs.

 Talent Acquisition

  • Lead efforts to attract Emirati talent through targeted recruitment campaigns, job fairs and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a fair and transparent Emirati selection process.

Development Programs

  • Design and implement development programs, training initiatives and mentorship opportunities to enhance the skills and competencies of Emirati employees.

Community Engagement

  • Establish partnerships with educational institutions, government agencies and community organizations to create a pipeline of Emirati talent.
  • Participate in community events to promote the organization’s commitment to Emiratization.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for Emirati employees, addressing their concerns, facilitating cultural integration, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Requirements for Role of Engagement & Emiratization Assistant Manager

The requirements for role of Engagement & Emiratization Assistant Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Masters in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity.

Skills Desired

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee engagement.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of Emiratization policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
