Responsibilities of Employer Branding Graduate

• Work on employer branding projects ranging from content creation, video editing to execution of social media campaigns .
• Work closely with Regional Talent Acquisition team to improve candidate engagement.
• Identify the tactics and platforms to effectively reach potential candidates.
• Manage the company Instagram page (plan content calendars, shoot/edit content & community management).
• Generate periodic and Ad-Hoc reports on key statistics and give recommendations based on such.

Requirements for Role of Employer Branding Graduate

• Recently graduated with a university degree in marketing or any related field.
• Recently graduated/fresh candidates can apply.
• Be available for 6-12 months starting February 2024.
