Transguard Group presently has a job opening for qualified candidate for the position of a Employee Welfare & Relations Coordinator in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure that all ESS /Welfare related issues raised by the employees are either resolved or escalated to the HR Manager for discussion and resolution.

Duties of Employee Welfare & Relations Coordinator

  • Address employee grievances communicated in-person or through the ESP with the utmost professionalism and impartiality in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all queries are recorded for your assigned hub in ESP and actioned accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Process all staff resignations and immediately update Oracle with the correct dates and relevant documents.
  • Ensure timely submission of one-on-one report i.e., before 10th of every month.
  • Stay updated on the latest labor laws and regulations in the UAE to ensure compliance
  • Ensure that conduct exit surveys for every employee leaving the company.
  • Effective communication skills to update Managers at all levels.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Employee Welfare & Relations Coordinator are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field.
